Kelli J. Goodnight
Attorney and owner of Goodnight Law, PLLC, serving Oklahoma City and the surrounding metro with estate planning, probate, business law, real property, contract, and civil litigation counsel.
Background & Journey
Originally a Louisiana native, Kelli has lived in Oklahoma for the last 8 years. She now resides in Moore, OK, with her son, a proud citizen of the Chickasaw Nation. When not practicing law, you can find Kelli on her farm caring for her goats and cows.
Kelli has achieved notable educational milestones, including a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Louisiana State University, as well as a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, ranking in the top half of her class. Prior to attending law school, Kelli worked in the Oil and Gas industry.
Kelli started her law career in civil litigation, and she still routinely litigates matters in various areas of law. In 2022, Kelli J. Goodnight established Goodnight Law, PLLC, where her work focuses on estate planning, probate, business formations, contract review, real property disputes, and estate and trust litigation.
Practice Focus
Goodnight Law is built for clients who want practical legal guidance before a problem becomes more expensive. Kelli helps families prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives; guides personal representatives through probate and estate administration; assists business owners with entity formation and contracts; and handles real property and civil litigation matters when a dispute needs a firmer response.
Her litigation background informs the planning side of the practice. Documents are drafted and reviewed with an eye toward avoiding preventable disputes, clarifying authority, and making the next step easier for the people who may have to rely on those documents later.
